Atalaya Golf & Country Club, Estepona

Against the stunning backdrop of the Sierra Blanca mountains, Atalaya Golf & Country Club is located between Estepona and Marbella, and boasts two magnificent 18-hole courses lined with mature eucalyptus, cactus, palm trees and pink azaleas.

It was established in 1968, and is also famous for its driving range, one of the best in Spain where golf lessons are given in several languages.

Real Club de Golf Las Brisas, Marbella

Designed by Robert Trent Jones in 1968, Las Brisas is an attractive golf course with 10 artificial lakes and several water hazards located in the heart of Nueva Andalucía, in the area known as the “Valle del Golf”.

It is an exclusive members-only club, where you can also enjoy a very active and friendly social atmosphere.

Its mostly elevated greens are well protected by bunkers, and the course is perfect for intermediate and experienced golfers.

Finca Cortesin, Malaga

Located in the picturesque landscape of Marbella in one of the top hotel complexes in the world, the Finca Cortesin course has an 18-hole championship design and is considered one of the best in Europe.

It is the first ecological and sustainable golf course in Spain, with systems that allow it to use less water and pesticides and to create a smooth playing surface all year round.

Its attractive design, rich in vegetation, Mediterranean flora and numerous olive trees, is signed by Cabell B. Robinson, and boasts high quality greens, with a great variety of holes and its own Michelin-starred restaurant.

Real Club de Golf de Sotogrande

It was the first in Europe designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. (1964) and, according to him, one of his 5 favourites among the more than 500 that he designed around the world. In 1994, it received the title of “Royal” from His Majesty King Juan Carlos I.

The course features long tees, broad fairways and subtly elevated greens, with a variety of holes exposed to different types of vegetation.

Aloha Golf Club, Marbella

Aloha Golf Club is located in the Golf Valley. It was created by Javier Arana in 1975, and since then it has held the Andalusian Open three times. 

Its rippling terrain, with lush trees, lakes and spectacular views over the Sierra de La Concha and the Mediterranean, has a traditional design with four par 5 holes, ten par 4 holes and four par 3 holes.

El Paraíso Golf Club, Estepona

Opened in 1973 and designed by Gary Player, El Paraíso is one of the oldest courses on the Costa del Sol. It is set in the tranquil valley of El Paraíso, with the backdrop of the majestic mountain of “La Concha” to the north and the shimmering Mediterranean to the south.

Its wide fairways and beautiful water obstacles with hidden streams, come into play with remarkable relevance and increase the difficulty. It has partners from more than 16 countries.
